On the way to Nepal

Hey Guys!

This is my first announcement on the way to Nepal, where I’m starting my volunteer work pretty soon which hopefully you can read a lot about in the next few month! :)
I left Hungary about five hours ago having the feeling that although I’m supposed to be very nervous „leaving my life” for five month – I just still can’t feel the reality of it. Ok, it’s true that every now and then it touched me for a few seconds but then it disappeared as it has never existed… Untill the plane startes raising… I guess that was about the moment when I started to realize what is actually happening: I got the chance to step out of my „normal” life for a few month and experience a totally different culture, different people and different places…
Now I have been hanging out in Istanbul for quite a few hours and even got to know that my flight is delayed by at least 1:15 hours. But no problem, I really enjoy hanging out at the airport! It’s so funny observing people: most of them are pushinmg their smart phone non-stop or staring at a laptop (just like me :)) or almost lying ont he chairs looking really bored and there are also some, who has already made themself comfortable: taken off shoes, putting up their legs, and reading some books or newspaper. Really funny, indead! :) Anyway, being in between home and my new world is also a great chace to somehow make distance of past happenings and start to believe that something new is beginning here. Spending the day by travelling and waiting alone is a great way to slow the spinning world down a little bit – it was already just time to do this!

Ok, before i would get too philosophical, I finish this post and go to find a place where I could actually use internet, too and send it!

p.s. update: my flight is already delayed 2:35 hours...
